MOUHAMED ABDULLA received, respectively in 2002, 2005, and 2012, a B.Eng. (with Distinction) in Electrical Engineering, an M.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Telecommunications all at Concordia University in Montréal, Québec, Canada. He is currently a Systems Engineering Researcher with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University. Moreover, for nearly 7 years since 2003, he worked at IBM Canada Ltd. as a Senior Technical Specialist.
